DISH
Network needs your social security number and birthday for a minor credit
check to set up your account. We do not see your credit score or any of your
record. All we see is if you are qualified or not. We guarantee that your
personal information is confidential. When the system qualifies you, it will
hold $10 on your credit card for 3 to 5 business days. Once your account is
successfully set up, DISH will charge your credit card for the first month
bill plus tax.

Digital Video Recorder (DVR) record a show while I watch a different show?
Yes! DISH Network's Digital Video Recorders (DVR) are capable of recording
up to 100 hours* of programming on a 120 GB hard-drive. It also includes
DISH Video-On-Demand Service that provides the ability to pause live TV,

What if there are trees blocking the
sky around my house?
As for the trees, the only way to check is
to have an installer come out and survey the area. In some rare cases, the
trees do block the signal.

Who sends me my monthly bill?
Your monthly bill comes from DISH
Network.
10. Can I get DISH
Network if I rent?
Yes. You need to have landlord permission.
11. Is there a contract to sign?
Yes. You need to sign a 24-month contract (DHA 24). You must keep at
least one qualified programming package for 24 months.

activation fee?
No, if you sign up the 24-month contract. However
you will have to pay $99 activation fee if you do not sign the 24-month
contract.
It depends on your programming package and your physical location.

All equipment comes from DISH Network. Not GWDish.com.
16. Do I have to pay for equipment and installation?
No. It is totally free for you because you sign the 24-month contract. All you need to pay is your monthly bill.
17. Is there any hidden charge?
No!!! It does not matter who you order your DISH Network system from, your monthly cost will be the same depending on your programming and equipment choices. Again, we do not charge you anything. Dish Network processes your bills.
18. What if I move?
As long as you move within the United States, DISH will install a new dish system for you. Call Dish Network for detail information before you move.
19. What if I cancel Dish Network service prior to end of 24 months?
A cancellation fee equals to the lesser of $420 or $17.50 per month for each remaining month will apply.
20. Do I have to return the
equipment if I cancel the service?
Yes, if you are required by
DISH agent when cancel our account. If you do not return the equipment, your
credit card will be charged $100 to $400 per receiver depending on the
model. However if you already use the equipment for a very long time, it
becomes old and out of date. Dish Network may not want you to send it back.
Ask the Dish Network agent when you cancel.

Why 24 months?
If you
really do not want to sign the 24-month contract, we can still install Dish
Network system for you. However the 24-month commitment is the best deal.
You will enjoy all promotions and rebates. All promotional deals are not for
you if you do not sign the contract. You will have to pay activation fee and
installation fee, etc.

Who will install my system?
Dish Network installers will install
your system. We set up your account and schedule your appointment.
23. Do you install on weekends?
Yes. We can schedule your appointment on Saturdays and Sundays.
24. How soon can you install my
system?
If you are lucky you can get your system installed the
next day. Usually we install your system between 1 and 7 days.

How many rooms of equipment can I
order?
You can order up to 6 rooms of equipment for free. You
will receive up to 6 remote controls. Each account can get maximum 3 duo
receivers to connect 6 TVs. Each TV can play different channels. If you want
to install more than 6 TVs, you will have to pay for the extra receivers and
installation fees.
26. How
much does DISH charge for additional TVs?
One solo or duo
receiver will be free. Means you can connect 2 TVs with a duo receiver
without paying any additional fee. You have to pay additional fees from the
2nd receiver.

Dish Network offers $15/month credit for new customers
who sign the DHA-24 contract with a qualified program package ( AT120 or
higher). You do not need to apply for this. Dish Network will automatically
give you $15 credit to your monthly bills for 12 months.

How to get your $50 extra bonus?
If you sign a two-year contract with a qualified basic programming
package and pass the credit check, you will be qualified for a $50 visa card
bonus. You will receive a redemption form within two weeks after the
installation date. DHA Too, Flex and no contract accounts are not
qualified for $50 visa card offer either. Some international channels +
Local ($9.99) offers, such as Telugu + Local, are not qualified for $50 visa
card bonus.
