      The101 Network is only found on Directv. This network features a large variety of shows, movies, sports and concerts. It has un-cut commercial free programming that you won’t find anywhere else. New to 101 Network is The Wire, which is series in HD that Time Magazine called “the #1 show of the decade.” It can be seen every Sunday night at 9 pm ET/PT.

   Another series worthy of praise is known as Australia’s real-life “Soprano” Underbelly: a Tale of Two Cities. This is a true Australian story from the 1970’s and 80’s of the underworld drug war. New episodes can be viewed Wednesdays at 10 pm ET/PT. For people who are fascinated with outer space and science the 101 Network has The Universe: Season 5 which will take you on a visually rich journey through Jupiter’s Great Red Spot, Martian volcanoes and Saturn’s rings.
