Directv requires all customers who subscribe to the Total Choice or higher package, or Preferred Choice if subscribing to international programming, to submit a rebate form in order to begin receiving Directv promotional credits. There are two ways to submit the rebate form, by mail or online. Those customers who do not provide an e-mail address at the time of the order and agree to receive promotional offers from Directv, will receive $24/month off for 12 months for the Total Choice or higher package, or $14/month off for 12 months for Preferred Choice Package. Those customers, who provide an e-mail address at the time of the order and consent to Directv’s promotional e-mails, will receive $29/month off for 12 months for Total Choice Package of higher, or $19/month for 12 months for Preferred Choice Package.

Once your order has been set up, you will be given your Directv account number. Using that account number, you should head to www.Directv.com/rebate to submit your instant online rebate form. Step by step instructions will be provided on the website. Once the instant online rebate form has been submitted, Directv will send you a confirmation e-mail. Keep that e-mail for your personal records. This instant online rebate form must be submitted prior to your scheduled installation, in order for your promotional credits to begin on your first month’s bill. If the online rebate form is submitted after the installation, or if you mail in your paper rebate form, your promotional discounts will begin from months 3 or 4. The online rebate process is the easiest and quickest way to submit your Directv rebate to ensure that your monthly discounts begin on your first month’s bill.
