The award winning television series that began on the
FX channel will now move to DIRECTV. New episodes of DAMAGES will be
seen only to DIRECTV customers. Plus, DIRECTV has acquired seasons 1 through
3.
Patty Ishimoto, general
manager of The 101 Network and vice president of entertainment for DIRECTV
states, "We're excited to partner with Sony Pictures Television as we
breathe new life into this outstanding drama."
The third season
of DAMAGES earned five Emmy Award nominations and seven Emmy Award
nominations were earned each of the first two seasons. Some of the best
actors in the business have come together to make DAMAGES one of the
best drama series to date. The cast and guest stars include: Glenn Close,
William Hurt, Rose Byrne, Martin Short, Lily Tomlin, Tate Donovan, Ted
Danson, Zeljko Ivanek, Campbell Scott among many others.
Sony Pictures Television an FX Productions produce
DAMAGES. Todd A. Kessler, Glenn Kessler and
Daniel Zelman created DAMAGES and are the executive producers.
